Eligibility

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and may change without notice.
  • We accept online payments via credit card and cash on delivery.
  • Full payment must be completed before order dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery time: 2 to 5 days maximum

  • Shipping fee: 60 EGP

  • Free shipping on orders of two items or more

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

  • Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To request an exchange, please provide:

    • Order number

    • Phone number

    • Item(s) to be exchanged

    • New size requested

    • Full delivery address

    • Reason for exchange or return

  • A 150 EGP handling fee applies to all exchanges.

  • Exchanges are completed within 7 business days after approval.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting:

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received within the stated timeframe, please check with your bank or card provider. If the issue continues, contact us at support@nokout-eg.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Nokout is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
